The advantages of a ship loader at a glance
With the fast loading of the ship, the waiting time of the cargo in the port and thus the cost of transportation is reduced. By using spiral/helix and cascade ducts, the risk of product damage is reduced and high shipping and insurance costs are avoided. These ship loaders can be used to load ships with a capacity of 5,000 DWT to 90,000 DWT and have the ability to load up to 3500 tons per hour.
Carrying bulk materials:
The cascading bulk discharge chute accelerates the flow rate of the bulk materials so that their granular form remains largely undamaged. The generated dust is trapped by the suction of the moving material. If the bulk material produces explosive dusts, or in cases where the amount of dust emissions must be reduced, a dust extraction isolation system is provided. Depending on the type of bulk material, a slinger bar can be installed at the end of the device duct.
Carrying bags:
The conveyor arm, which includes a conveyor belt, can travel over 30 meters on the ship. At the outer end part of the conveyor arm, a spiral inclined duct is installed vertically, as the main part of the bag conveyor. This channel transports the bags precisely in the place intended for loading. Upon request, a rotating plate can be used at the end of the tilting duct to regulate the entry and stacking of bags in an orderly manner. It will also be possible to use a 1-3-stage telescopic conveyor and a fully telescopic spiral ramp.
Combined carrier:
In the combined mode of carrying bags and bulk materials, spiral and waterfall ramps can be installed on the carrier arm. Cargo transportation in this case can be carried out according to need, to carry bags or bulk materials.
